A Burgundian by origin and heart, Laurent moved to Val Suzon (21) after falling under the spell of the village and the estate, a former Hostellerie du Val Suzon dating from the 18th century.
Since 2006, he has fulfilled his dream of bringing together guests from all walks of life in his charming guest rooms and around a good table.
Open all year round, Laurent combines Burgundy with all seasons ... Terroir, vines, mushrooms, hikes, visits ... He knows his region well and is happy to share its many facets.
